You can request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of making the payment, only if:
· Our team has not yet started processing your application, and
· No work has been initiated on document preparation, filing, or submission.
👉 Once our professionals start working on your case (document review, name approval, application filing, etc.), the service cannot be fully cancelled.
As we act as an aggregator between you and government portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Trademark Registry, etc.):
· Any government fees, challans, or statutory charges paid on your behalf are strictly non-refundable.
· Once the payment is submitted to a government authority, it is beyond our control.
Refunds for our professional service charges or SaaS platform fees may be considered only in the following cases:
a) Duplicate Payment
If you are charged twice due to a technical issue or payment gateway error.
b) Service Not Initiated by Us
If we fail to start your requested service within the promised time due to our internal delay
(Excluding delays caused by missing documents from your side or government portal issues).
c) Cancellation Before Processing
If your cancellation request is approved before any professional work has started.
(A small payment gateway or processing fee may be deducted.)
To request a refund or cancellation:

· Contact our support team directly with the following details:
o Order ID
o Payment receipt
o Reason for refund / cancellation
